J13 Rotationally Moulded Obstacle Marker
On roads narrower than 7m, the J13 marker warns of:
- small openings in immediate proximity to the road (less than 1m) that could constitute dangerous obstacles
- certain installations related to how level crossings work, where they are located at the edge of the roadway and could cause accidents
