How to secure priority vehicle exits in emergency areas?

Lx3-Flash-phantom-pannel

Priority vehicles such as ambulances and fire engines often require drivers to give way to them.

These so-called ‘priority’ vehicles effectively have extended rights of way, which allow them to move around quickly in emergency situations.

In sensitive zones such as fire stations, quickly entering and exiting can cause collisions with other road users.

How can we prevent road users from being hit when a priority vehicle enters or exits a sensitive zone?
