- Gender Equality: In 2023, we achieved a score of 91/100 on the Gender Equality Index, up 7 points on 2022. This indicator reflects our efforts to ensure equal treatment for women and men, supported by an agreement signed in 2022 that includes several measures to promote equal pay and working conditions.
- Quality of life at work: We offer our employees opportunities for ongoing training and career development, and work every day to promote well-being in the workplace.
- Diversity and inclusion: We have partnerships with temporary employment agencies and ESATs (sheltered workshops for people with disabilities). 3,764 hours of work via Inserim in 2023.
- Nantes Métropole’s ‘Welcoming Company’ label, which rewards investment and contribution to the development of employment in the Nantes area.
